Mr. Tran Duc Huy

Chairman of the BOD of Tan Phu Vietnam JSC.

Mr. Tran Duc Huy has 25 years of experience and has held important positions at leading corporations in the world and Vietnam. Mr. Huy used to hold the position of General Director of Saint-Gobain Vietnam – a world-famous corporation in the production and distribution of construction material solutions. Previously, he was the General Director of Vinh Tuong Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Huy has extensive knowledge and management experience recognized by leading training organizations such as: GMP Senior Leadership Program of Harvard Business School; Senior Leadership Training Program at Anderson School of Business (UCLA), Sloan School of Business (MIT). Corporate Governance Trainer Certificate – IFC (World Bank).

Mr. Huy joined DNP in 2021 and became Executive Chairman of CMC Joint Stock Company – A member of DNP Holding. He was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors at DNP Holding from May 2024. In October 2024, he was elected Chairman at Tan Phu Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
